Frequently asked questions
How many credits does one generation cost?
Each generation costs 110 credits, deducted only when you click Generate.
How long does generation take?
Usually around 8 minutes. You can leave the page — the finished result is saved in My Creations.
Can I post the result straight to TikTok, Reels & Shorts?
Yes. You get a vertical 9:16 video with no watermark — download it and post it as is.
What materials should I upload?
Required materials: 2. Upload every material listed in the left panel — the sample on the right shows what works. Clear, well-lit videos or photos give the best results.
What happens if generation fails?
The full cost is refunded automatically — no support ticket needed. "Failed" means the AI job could not complete for technical reasons (provider outage, model error, content-policy rejection, or timeout). Completed results are final: output quality varies and is not refundable.
