Privacy Policy
This Privacy Policy describes how popliqo collects, uses, and protects your information when you use our AI video generation service (the "Service").
Information we collect
We collect: account data provided when you sign in with Google (email, name, and profile picture, as permitted by your Google account settings — our use of data received from Google APIs adheres to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including its Limited Use requirements); the images you upload to fill template slots, along with generation prompts and parameters; transactional data such as orders and credit history (payment card details are collected and processed directly by our payment provider Waffo (which handles payment data in compliance with PCI-DSS), never by us); and automatically collected device and usage data such as pages viewed, interactions, and IP-derived approximate location.
How we use information
We use your information to operate the Service — authenticating you, charging and refunding Credits, running generations, and delivering Outputs — as well as to secure and improve the Service and to produce aggregated, non-identifying analytics. We do not use your uploads or Outputs to train AI models, and we do not sell your personal data.
How we share information
We share personal information only with the service providers needed to run the platform: media storage and delivery, payments (Waffo, our Merchant of Record), AI generation (ComfyUI Cloud, which processes your uploaded assets to produce Outputs using models such as OpenAI (Image 2), Google Gemini (Nano Banana Pro), Kling (Omni), and Vidu (Vidu 2)), and sign-in (Google). We may also disclose information to comply with law, enforce our Terms, or protect rights, property, and safety, and to a successor in the event of a merger or acquisition.
Data security
We use industry-standard measures to protect your information: all traffic to the Service is encrypted in transit (HTTPS/TLS); uploaded assets and generated Outputs are stored securely; and access to account and order data is restricted to authorized personnel. No data security measure is perfect, but we work to safeguard the information we hold.
Data retention
Uploaded slot assets and generated Outputs are automatically deleted after 7 days. Account information and order records are kept while your account is active and as required for legal, accounting, or fraud-prevention purposes. To request deletion of your account and associated data, contact us at market@u14.com.
Your choices and rights
You may review and update your account information in the Service, and request access, correction, deletion, or portability of your personal data, or object to certain processing, by contacting us. Where processing is based on your consent, you may withdraw that consent at any time. Most browsers also let you control cookies; see our Cookie Notice for details.
GDPR & CCPA/CPRA
If you are in the European Economic Area, you have rights under the GDPR, including access, rectification, erasure, restriction of processing, data portability, and objection, and you may lodge a complaint with your local supervisory authority. If you are a California resident, you have rights under the CCPA/CPRA, including to know, correct, and delete your personal information, to opt out of its sale or sharing (we do not sell or share your personal information), and to not be discriminated against for exercising these rights. Minors
The Service is not intended for anyone under 18 years of age (or the age of majority in your jurisdiction, if higher), and we do not knowingly collect personal information from minors. We also comply with the Children's Online Privacy Protection Act (COPPA): if we become aware that a user is under 13, we will terminate the account and delete all associated data. If you believe a minor has provided us personal information, contact us and we will delete it as required by applicable law.
Changes to this policy
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time and will post the updated version on this page with a revised date. Where required by law, we will obtain your consent before material changes take effect.
