Frequently asked questions
Frequently asked questions
How many credits does one generation cost?
Each generation costs 135 credits, deducted only when you click Generate.
How long does generation take?
Usually around 10 minutes. You can leave the page — the finished result is saved in My Creations.
Can I post the result straight to TikTok, Reels & Shorts?
Yes. You get a vertical 9:16 video with no watermark — download it and post it as is.
What materials should I upload?
Required materials: 1. Upload every material listed in the left panel — the sample on the right shows what works. Clear, well-lit videos or photos give the best results.
What happens if generation fails?
The full cost is refunded automatically — no support ticket needed. "Failed" means the AI job could not complete for technical reasons (provider outage, model error, content-policy rejection, or timeout). Completed results are final: output quality varies and is not refundable.
